Looking for a BNBForms alternative? Try GuestIntro

BNBForms is a lean, cheap booking widget, and for a host who already has a website it's hard to beat on price. If you'd rather not run a website at all, or want the booking site and a guest manual in one product, GuestIntro is worth a look.

Where we win

Three reasons to pick GuestIntro

You don't need a website first

BNBForms is a widget, so it needs somewhere to live. If you don't already run a WordPress, Wix or Squarespace site, that's another subscription and another thing to maintain before you take a single booking. GuestIntro builds and hosts the booking site itself, on your own domain, as part of the plan.

The stay is covered, not just the booking

BNBForms handles check-in details through merge tags in its confirmation emails. GuestIntro's booking site includes a premium guest manual: WiFi, house rules, check-in steps and local recommendations, translated into ten languages and exportable as a PDF.

Guests get answers at 11pm

BNBForms has no AI features. The guest manual that comes with a GuestIntro site includes an AI chatbot trained on your property's information, answering guests in all ten languages with no message limits.

Where they win

When you should pick BNBForms instead

Three cases, and in each of them we'd genuinely tell you to go with BNBForms.

You have more than one property

BNBForms is $192 a year for unlimited properties. Our self-serve plan covers one site at $240 a year, and several properties means our Portfolio plan, which starts at $59.99 a month and needs an email to us to set up. For a multi-property host with a website already, BNBForms is far cheaper.

You want more ways to get paid

BNBForms takes payment through Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, 2Checkout or Bambora, or by bank transfer or on arrival, and can split a booking into a deposit plus scheduled balance requests. GuestIntro takes payment through Stripe only.

You price dynamically

BNBForms syncs with PriceLabs on request, alongside seasonal, weekly and monthly rates. We don't connect to a dynamic pricing tool. Both of us sync calendars by two-way iCal rather than a channel-manager API, so neither has the edge there.

Common questions

Is BNBForms a guest form or rental agreement tool?
No, despite the name. BNBForms is a direct booking widget you embed on your own website, with a booking calendar, online payments, two-way iCal sync with Airbnb and Booking.com, and automated guest emails. We found no rental agreements, e-signatures, ID verification or digital guidebook on their site.
How much does BNBForms cost?
$16 a month billed yearly, which is $192 a year, or $19 a month billed monthly. That one price covers unlimited properties and reservations, and they state zero booking fees. There's a 30-day free trial with every feature and no card required up front. Your payment processor's own fees still apply.
Do I need my own website to use BNBForms?
Yes. BNBForms is a widget that goes on a site you already run, and they document installs for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify and others. GuestIntro builds and hosts the booking website for you on your own domain, so there's nothing else to set up or pay for.
Which is cheaper, BNBForms or GuestIntro?
BNBForms. For one property it's $192 a year against GuestIntro's $240, and the gap widens with every property you add, because BNBForms charges the same for unlimited listings. GuestIntro's price includes the website itself and a premium guest manual, so the fair comparison is BNBForms plus your website hosting plus a guidebook tool.
Can I use BNBForms and a GuestIntro guest manual together?
Yes. They do different jobs. BNBForms takes the booking and GuestIntro's guest manual handles the stay: WiFi, house rules, check-in steps and local recommendations, in ten languages. The guest manual is free for one property, so you can add it alongside BNBForms without changing how you take bookings.
