3.1 You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.4 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.1 You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause.

4.2 You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network(s) connected to any server.

4.3 You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks.

4.4 You may not upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

5.1 You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service.

5.2 By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.3 You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any content you provide.

5.4 We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid copyright infringement claims.

6.1 Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

6.2 All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.3 We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period.

7.1 Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

7.2 Controller and Processor Roles. With respect to personal data that guests submit through your property pages (including, where enabled, identity documents, names, email addresses, feedback, and issue reports), you act as the data controller and GuestIntro acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for establishing a lawful basis for processing, obtaining any required consents from your guests, providing them with appropriate privacy notices, and responding to their data-subject rights requests. GuestIntro will process such data only in accordance with your instructions and the Privacy Policy.

7.3 ID Documents. Where you enable the optional ID upload feature, you acknowledge that GuestIntro relays uploaded documents to your notification email and does not retain them on its systems. Secure storage, retention, and deletion of those documents after delivery is your responsibility as controller.

7.4 Data Processing Agreement. If you require a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under Article 28 GDPR, please contact us at privacy@guestintro.com.

8.1 We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8.2 We may perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service.

8.3 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

10.1 We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

10.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10.3 We may retain your data for a reasonable period after termination for legal and operational purposes.
